The C-Hog features a large, solid clamp that attaches to the tube’s outer diameter, allowing the cutting blade to get under the material and pull a thick chip, resulting in smooth and precise end preps. The attached ratchet feed wrench allows the operator to easily feed the tool with minimum fatigue on the equipment. Use cases include tubes or pipes where I.D. is too small or inaccessible.
The kit comes with all you need to get started, including a gear head, 2/3 hp motor, clamp wrench, hose with couplings, dirt stopper, and oiler, all housed in a convenient carrying case.
This tool is ideal for small bore heavy wall stainless steel and chrome tubes, with a narrow body that fits 1-1/4″ membrane boiler tubes. The tooling is very easy to change for tubes up to 3″ in outer diameter.
The ergonomic feed provides over 1″ of stroke, making the C-Hog compact, lightweight, and rugged. It uses standard MILLHOG cutting blades and the EscoLock wedge-style blade-locking system, ensuring that your blades are securely in place for maximum performance and longevity. No cutting lubricants are necessary, making it a safe and reliable tool for your operations.
